Build a scalable AI support engine: You'll answer customer questions, then use AI to turn each answer into material that feeds Wrenly's knowledge base, so the next customer gets it instantly and the question never reaches your queue again. Every answer you give makes the system smarter. That's what AI-native looks like in practice.
Turn founder-led onboarding into a repeatable system: The onboarding our founders run today sets a high bar. Your job is to protect that bar as we grow: capture what makes it great in repeatable playbooks, so every customer gets that same launch whether they're the 4th this month or the 40th.
Nurture and grow accounts: Become the expert our customers trust, then own their quarterly business reviews (QBRs): the conversations where you show each account what's working, surface what they're missing, and guide them to what's next. That's how trust turns into renewals and growth.
Where this leads
Get these three right, and you'll build this AI engine, removing repetitive work, so your time is spent on customers and strategy.
You'll become the bridge between our customers and engineers, helping shape what we build. As that function scales, there's an opportunity to build a team you lead, with the founders backing you as you grow into it.
One catch: you'll do this job with AI as your primary tool
Not as a nice-to-have, but as the way you work. Claude will be how you triage tickets, investigate our codebase, build workflows, write docs, and automate anything that can be. If you've put serious time into AI agents and automations (100+ hours), this might be the most interesting job you've ever seen. If you haven't, it isn't for you.
Who we're looking for
Beyond the AI requirement above, here's what we're looking for:
- 1 to 4 years in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Ideal, not required — we care more about how you work than how long you've done it.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Based in Brazil, comfortable with US time-zone overlap.
- Hungry, organized, a strong writer, and comfortable building from scratch.

Your first 90 days
Days 1 to 30: ramp and take the front line. We'll get you fluent in the product and our AI stack with a dedicated onboarding from our Co-Founder — no being thrown in cold. You'll take over the ticket queue and start leading onboarding calls.
Days 31 to 60: build the self-serve layer. You'll build out the knowledge base and self-serve video library while keeping support and onboarding running.
Days 61 to 90: lead the growth motion. You'll lead QBRs, expansion conversations, and renewals, and start designing the AI automations that make the whole function scale.
